  • To ensure the development, implementation & maintenance of the documented Management Systems. (Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 Std, Environmental Management System as per ISO-14001 std. and OHSAS – Occupational Health and Safety as per ISO – 18001)
  • Monitoring the Performance of Integrated Management System (Quality Management System & Environmental Management System) & OHSAS system for continual improvement.
  • Deployment of the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and Objectives throughout the organization.
  • Conduct the Internal Audits, trainings, Initiate modification in the System based on audit findings.
  • Strict adherence to Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
  • Training need identification including inductive training, on-the-job training, process improvement training such as SPC, SQC, refresher courses and maintaining training as a culture
  • Creating awareness of customer’s requirement throughout the organization and engaging employees by keeping them in the loop and make them understand business vision.
  • Maintaining Statistical Process Control to reduce costs, improve consistency, eliminate waste and promote continuous improvement
  • Implementing and managing Kaizen, 5S and Lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong and Clear Leadership aimed at better employee engagement, increased motivation to satisfy customer needs and deliberate internal communication.
  • Maintaining Strong Supply Chain Management fostering long term relationships and the flexibility of the joint responses to changing market or customer and expectations.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of Corrective Action, Taking robust Preventive Action and implementing Poka-yoke(fool-proofing)
  • To conduct management review meetings on half-yearly basis
  • Conducting Weekly Review Meetings (WRM) and analyzing the process data.
  • To keep track of technological advances regarding systems.
  • To update all applicable legal & OHSAS requirements time to time
  • Liaison with external agencies for maintaining legal compliance such as PCB and Inspector of Factories, Hazardous waste Management.
  • Determining Environmental Impacts and Aspects and Identifying significant Environmental aspect. Monitoring Environmental Management Program (EMP) for a Sound Environment Management System
  • Proactive safety measures followed by Hazard Identification and Risk Assesssment (HIRA) and maintaining safety culture in the work environment.
